Tip — Chrome on macOS sorts the open dialog oddly. Press Cmd+2 in the dialog for Finder-style list view (it sticks per folder). Or drag files in.

We rebuild the output with pdf-lib — page content is copied intact, just reordered and rotated. No rasterisation.
